MoreMedDiet is a 36-month PRIMA-funded research project that brings together 13 research institutions across Italy, Spain, Portugal, Tunisia and Turkey to understand and promote the adoption of the healthy Mediterranean diet.

Recipe Innovation

Designing 5 nutritious, sustainable and consumer-preferred Mediterranean ready-to-eat recipes.

Implementing a digital farm-to-fork traceability system using blockchain, IoT and QR codes.
