Contributes to recipe bioactive compound evaluation and development of digital eating decision-making tools integrated with scientific project results. Leads the development of the 5 final Mediterranean recipes under Task 2.3, applying culinary science and innovative food technologies. Project coordinator and WP2 lead. Leads automated food-chain control procedures for the blockchain platform and the awareness-raising campaign. Hosted the 2nd Annual Meeting (September 2025). Research laboratory at UTM providing expertise in algorithmic programming and heuristic methods, contributing to the digital platform development. Leads Work Package 6 and develops the online multilingual MOOC training platform. Prof. Fatih Mehmet Yılmaz leads cooking practices modules covering healthy culinary technologies. Leads WP4 business model development including sensory testing, willingness-to-pay analysis and consumer acceptability studies. Leads core blockchain infrastructure development and digital identity wallet implementation for the food chain traceability platform.
